RETURNS

Attention: please read clause 4 of the right of withdrawal conditions, that states the following:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

(i) the user must fill out the return form on the Website, follow the online procedure, and send it within fourteen days from receiving the product at the address indicated by the buyer;

(ii) the product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

(iii) the identification tag must not be removed or damaged and must still be attached to the product through the single-use disposable seal;

(iv) if the product is part of a so-called kit, all kit components must be returned;

(v) the product must be returned in a package, preferably in the original one;

(vi) the return form must necessarily be attached to the return shipment.

 

HOW TO RETURN PURCHASED GOODS

In order to return purchased goods: Log in into your costumer account through MY ACCOUNT section

Once inside your account click on ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS



From the list you can choose only the product with the status “DELIVERED”, then Click on DETAILS by the order you need to return back





Inside the “Order Section” ( STEP 1) You can select one product or more products depending on which You want to return back.

In the field MERCHANDISE RETURN You need to write the reasons of the product returns.

Right of withdrawal is exercised because of:



 A mistake:

  • Wrong item;
  • Damaged item – damage description
  • Other

 Other reasons:

  • I ordered the wrong item;
  • I do not like the item I bought – please specify;
  • Wrong size – please specify.

After filling in the reasons of the product return click (STEP 2) “Make an RMA slips

After Clubielle’s acceptance of the reason of the product return, You will find your list of all your RETURNS in the section “MY MERCHANDISE RETURN” and “MY CREDIT SLIPS
