1) How to get and spend a coupon

Getting the discount coupon is easy:

At this address you will receive a coupon with a serial number which can be used for the purchase of a garment where possible.

If you already have a coupon, enter the code in your order.

The coupon is transferable to others.

The discount coupons cannot be combined on the same garment.

The coupon is valid also for an item you purchased for a third person.

 

2) HOW TO BUY

1) Click on the garment you are interested in, you will see it in different projections.

2) Select the color by clicking the colored box. Warning: the resolution of your video can provide a slightly different shade of the original color.

3) Refer to the "Size Guide", and take measurements accurately. Please notice that the indicated sizes are standard European measures, so we suggest to choose the one that is closest to your actual measurements.

4) Check the link "We also recommend you", as some garments have been designed to match with each other.

5) If you want to buy the garment directly, click on "Buy", if you want to continue shopping click on the "Add to wish list", or if you want to compare an item with another click on "Add to compare".

6) If you want to buy, proceed to checkout.

7) The "Summary Cart" shows the information of your purchase.

NB: The creation of an account does not involve any kind of obligation from the customer and a cancellation request can be sent at any time.

5) RETURNS

You can ask for returns without any reason within 14 days from reception of the garment. The full amount will be refunded without any deduction, to the same source that made the payment within 30 days of receipt of goods, after acceptance of conditions in conformity with the provisions stated in the "Legal Information".
The shipping method for the return is shown in the "Legal Information", if a different way is used, this is under the client's responsibility.

 

6) DELIVERY AND TRACKING NUMBER

Within two working days from cashing in the client’s payment, Clubielle shall ask its trusted freight-forwarding agent to ship the products purchased by the client. Delivery times depend on the recipient’s location and on the shipping method selected.

In case the requested garment is out of stock, you will be sent an Email and you will be able to choose an alternative garment or refund of the amount paid.
Any difference in your favor will be sent to you together with the shipping of the chosen garment.
Tracking number: it allows you to track your shipment and to be up-to-date on the
 receiving of package.
